We appreciate your interest in shopping through our webshop. Below you will find a list with answers to all your shipping questions.

SHIPPING PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, depending on demand for the product(s) ordered. Please note that there is no shipping on weekends and public holidays. In addition, shipping may be delayed for several days for large order quantities. However, if there are any delays, we will notify you by email. We request that you allow us sufficient time to fulfill our obligations in this matter. 

DELIVERY TIME 
The delivery time is at least 5-7 working days (weekends and holidays not included). Delays can also be expected due to the pandemic we are all facing worldwide. We respect and follow the new protocols and procedures for couriers and airport customs. However, delays can sometimes occur, especially during the holiday season, which is to be expected due to high customer demand for orders.

CONFIRMATION OF SHIPPING
The confirmation of the shipment, together with the tracking number(s), will be sent by e-mail by the sender as soon as the order has been processed in the system.

RETURN COSTS
All items returned to our warehouse are the responsibility of the customer. You must request the return address from customer service info@Glowvela.com before sending the goods back for further treatment. Otherwise, the company will not be responsible in case of loss or damage during the return shipment.

DAMAGE
Glowvela is responsible for damage or loss of products during shipping. If the order received is not in good condition, damaged or the packaging is torn, you must contact our customer service info@Glowvela.com and provide us with a photo of the package and contact the courier company responsible for the handling your package.

All packaging materials and damaged goods must be retained in order to make a claim.
