REFUNDS
We offer a refund / replacement if:
A ) YOU WISH TO RETURN AN ITEM AND IT IS COVERED BY THE RETURN POLICY

C ) THE ITEMS HAVE NOT BEEN RECEIVED - If the items have not been received within 30 days from the date of purchase, we will consider this order as lost. We are happy to issue a replacement / or partial refund depending on the status or scenario of this order issue.

RETURN AND REPLACEMENT
If you would like to return your item, we recommend that you send an email to info@Glowvela.com with the reason for your return and we will be happy to help you resolve the issue and provide you with instructions.
The customer has the right to return the item or items within 14 days of receipt, provided that he has received the goods:
- It should show no signs of use - wear -
- The received shipment ( and ) is / are complete
- The reason for the return is governed by the right of return as stated on this page.
For all items eligible for return. Customers are responsible for the costs of return. The refund will be made upon receipt and approval of the return shipment.
Package Pickup and Delivery:
If a delivery attempt is made to your provided shipping address, but you are not available to receive the package, resulting in the package being sent to the local post office for pickup, please note the following:
- We will send you an additional notification to inform you that your package is awaiting pickup at the local post office.
- It is your responsibility to collect the package from the local post office within the stipulated timeframe.
- Failure to collect the package within the given timeframe, leading to the package being returned to us or destroyed, will result in a maximum refund of 50% of the product's value.
- We encourage you to promptly retrieve your package to avoid any inconvenience.
Accurate Address Information:
We rely on the accuracy of the address information provided by our customers. In the event that you input an incorrect shipping address and the package is delivered to that incorrect address, or if the package is sent to the local post office and remains uncollected, please consider the following:
- It is your responsibility to ensure that you provide accurate and up-to-date shipping information at the time of purchase.
- If the package is delivered to an incorrect address due to an error on your part, or if it is sent to the local post office and not collected in time, we will refund a maximum of 50% of the product's value.
- We recommend reviewing your shipping details carefully before confirming your order to prevent any delivery issues.

LATE ARRIVAL OF THE ORDER
Although we do our best to ensure that you receive your order within 15 days of purchase, we cannot guarantee this because of the persistent COVID 19 pandemic and other unforeseen circumstances that may affect shipping and inventory. We cannot make refunds for items that have not been delivered on a specific date, special occasion or public holiday.
Each product description states how long the shipment can take. Please take this into account when placing your order.
Once an order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it.
REPAIR COSTS
The costs of the return shipment are for your own account.
