Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Refund Policy

We offer refunds in the following cases:
A) You want to return an item and it meets the return conditions mentioned above.

C) The goods are not received: If you don’t receive the goods within 30 days of purchase, we consider the order lost. We are happy to arrange a replacement or a partial refund, depending on the situation.

Returns & Exchanges

Missed Pickup & Delivery

If a delivery attempt is made at your provided address and you are unavailable, the package may be sent to a local post office. Please note:

  • You will receive a notification that your package is ready for pickup.
  • It is your responsibility to collect the package within the given timeframe.
  • If the package is not collected and is returned to us or destroyed, a maximum of 50% of the product value will be refunded.

We recommend picking up your package as soon as possible to avoid inconvenience.

Accuracy of Address Information

We rely on the accuracy of the shipping information provided by our customers. If you provide an incorrect address or do not pick up your package from the post office, the following applies:

  • It is your responsibility to provide accurate and up-to-date shipping information at the time of purchase.
  • If the package is delivered to an incorrect address due to your error or is not collected from the post office, we will refund a maximum of 50% of the product value.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure delivery within 15 days of purchase, delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances. No refunds are issued for items not delivered on a specific date, occasion, or holiday.

Each product description includes an estimated delivery time. Please take this into account when placing your order. Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled.

Return Shipping Costs

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
